1. No Griefing

• First Offense: 1-day ban
• Second Offense: 7-day ban
• Third Offense: 1-month ban
• Fourth Offense: 3-month ban
• Fifth Offense: Permanent ban (Non-appealable)

2. No Hacking (Exceptions: Autoclicker for Non-PvP)

• First Offense: 3-hour ban
• Second Offense: 1-day ban
• Third Offense: Inventory and E-Chest wipe
• Fourth Offense: Same as fourth, and ALL chest wipe
• Fifth Offense: Permanent yellow leather armor (unbreakable, curse of binding)

3. No Exploits or Game-Breaking Glitches/Scripts

• First Offense: 7-day ban
• Second Offense: 1-month ban
• Third Offense: Permanent ban (Non-appealable)

4. No Spamming

• First Offense: Kicked
• Second Offense: 10-minute mute
• Third Offense: 1-hour mute
• Fourth Offense: 3-hour mute
• Fifth Offense: 1-day mute (Additional day added per offense after the fifth)

5. No Crashing the Server

• First and last offense: Permanent ban (Non-appealable)

6. No Racism, Everyone is Equal

• First Offense: 7-day ban
• Second Offense: 14-day ban
• Third Offense: Permanent ban (Appealable)
• Fourth Offense (after appeal): Permanent ban (Non-Appealable)

7. Have Respect for Each Other

• First Offense: 10-minute mute
• Second Offense: 1-hour mute
• Third Offense: Apology of 100 words or temporary ban of 1 week
• Fourth Offense: Apology of 250 words or temporary ban of 1 month
• Fifth Offense: Permanent ban (Appealable, under high circumstances)

8. Staff has the final say in everything

• If staff finds it a punishable act they have every right to do so. You can however report the staff member in case you think the action was invalid. Reporting a staff member without valid reasoning may result in an extended punishment.

9. Have fun

• Or if you don't, try suggesting what we can add to the server to make it more fun.

10. No warp trapping. 

• Creating warps that attempts to kill players is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in a revoke of creating warps.

5. No self promoting without permission from admin or higher.

6. No raids.

• First and only offense: Perma ban and ban the associate that invited you.

7. No nudity. There are minors in the server.

• First offense: deleted and verbal warning (last warning)
• Second offense: 1d time-out
• Third offense: 7d time-out
• Fourth offense: Kick
• Fifth offense: Temp ban (time depending on how many times you did it)

8. Do not mass-mention or spam-mention someone.

9. No hard swearing. Hard R and Hard F are not allowed.

1. Do not save IP's

• You will be reported to the authorities and banned.

2. Do not let your own opinion influence choices you make on someone

• They can a be completely different person in here.

3. Log every punishment you make inside  #staff-logs

• Do not post ANYTHING else in there.

4. Do not abuse your power.

• If you found a staff abusing power, report it to Admin+ or higher

5. Do not let drama stay in the server

• I'm (partially) fine with drama happening but I don't want it to stay in the channels. Remove it when they're done or went to dm.

6. If you can help me out and have time, don't hesitate.

• It will improve my thoughts about your motivation for the staff team and greatly help the server!

7. Do not mass mention me unless important. If i'm online you can shoot me a mention.

• I appreciate you tryna help as much as you can but if the server's not down or people aren't breaking everything then I do not need to be mention. I read staff chat when I have time.

8. If you wipe someone's inventory, place all of it at the staff area.

• Every now and then I announce people who can bid on items which they had.

9. If you find someone suspicious but aren't sure if they are, record what they're doing for evaluation.

• It's a two-birds-in-one-stone situation, we can learn from it AND possibly catch the rule breaker!

10. You are allowed to make events or to invite people!

• Don't be shy to make events or invite people. That's what you're for!
